Sam was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Illinois State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Sam started teaching group exercise early in her college years and applied her passion for sports to leading group classes. Before relocating to Phoenix, Sam lead a group exercise department consisting of over 120 classes per week. Sam helped develop and implement programming for clients ranging in abilities and limitations that allowed each person to reach their health and fitness goals safely. Although Sam is currently focusing on coaching indoor cycling classes, her experience ranges from low impact aqua and core classes tohigh intensity cardio and strength classes.
