Emily’s passion for exercise and healthy living began at a young age through her involvement in athletics as well as outdoor recreation. Growing up in gymnastics, volleyball, and softball taught her not only the benefits of being active, but also the value of hard work and discipline. She began her work in fitness in 2016 through various volunteer opportunities as a freshman in college, and began interning with us at Elite Fitness in 2017 as a sophomore. After being hired on full time, she underwent certifications for all three TRIBE Team Training programs as well as Stages Indoor Cycling. Through coaching in various group settings, Emily discovered that not only does she love guiding people in leading their healthy lifestyles, but that forming lasting relationships with her clients is truly the most fulfilling part of this job. Emily is currently completing the final year of her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition (Dietetics) and loves learning about and practicing healthy eating habits. She believes in finding balance as well as strength through exercise and knows how important it is to encourage one another along the way.
Outside of fitness she enjoys hiking, exploring, eating, and practically anything outside or involving animals!
