I am looking to visit, do you offer a day pass?

Yes, we would love to let you use our facility while you are visiting. 1 Single Day Pass is $15, 5 Single Day Passes for $60 or 10 Single Day Passes for $100.

*All passes must be used within 365 days of purchase.

Can I get a free trial?

Absolutely! We currently offer a Free 7 Day Trial to local residents looking to potentially purchase a membership at Elite Fitness.

*Must be 18 years or older to utilize the Free 7 Day Trial. Limit one per person.

I am not a member, but would like to workout with a trainer. Is that possible?

Yes it is. With a purchase of a day pass, you can then purchase a training session. Please call the front desk to schedule an appointment.

How do I change my billing information?

Current Facility: You may simply call the front desk at Elite Fitness to change your billing information over the phone. You may also stop by the front desk in person and change your billing information during staffed hours.

New Facility: You must submit a request to update your billing information through the kiosks in the Elite Fitness lobby. Once approved, the new billing information will replace the old.

Do you allow guest passes?

New Facility: First Founding Members will be allowed 12 Guest Passes per year to be utilized during staffed hours.

*Must be 18 years of age or older to utilize Elite Guest Passes.

Are classes free?

New Facility: Studio classes are free for all First Founding Members.

Tribe Team Training is not be included in membership and will be available at an additional cost.

What are the differences between memberships?

Long Term Memberships: Requires a minimum commitment of 12 months and have a lower monthly rate.

Short Term Memberships: No commitment necessary, but slightly higher monthly rate.

Do you offer any specials or family discounts?

Any additional family member is an additional $30 per month on both Long Term and Short Term Memberships.

How do I put my membership on hold?

Current Facility: You may put your membership on hold for $10 per month for up to 6 months. To hold your membership, simply visit the front desk during staffed hours and your hold will be processed within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the request is processed.

This cancellation request will then be processed in 7-10 business days by Elite Fitness management. In order to be sure you will not be charged again, you must submit the cancellation request at least 10 days prior to your billing date. If you has a payment due within the 10 days of the cancellation request, you will be in charge of the payment. An email confirmation will be sent to the you when cancellation has been processed.

Do you offer childcare?

New Facility: Yes we do. Members can purchase Kid Care Visits in packages of 10, 25 and 40 visits. Each visit can last up to 3 hours.

*Guardian must remain within Elite Fitness while child is in Kid Care.
