I am looking to visit, do you offer a day pass?

Yes, we would love to let you use our facility while you are visiting. 1 Single Day Pass is $15, 5 Single Day Passes for $60 or 10 Single Day Passes for $100.

*Your multiple day passes do not need to be used on consecutive days. All passes must be used within 365 days of purchase.

Can I get a free trial?

Absolutely! We currently offer a Free 5 Day Trial to local residents looking to potentially purchase a membership at Elite Fitness.

*Must be 18 years or older to utilize the 5 Day Trial. Please provide ID with proof of residency when activating your trial pass.

I am not a member, but would like to workout with a trainer. Is that possible?

Yes it is. With a purchase of a day pass, you can then purchase a training session. Please call the front desk to schedule your appointment.

How do I change my billing information?

Current Facility: You may call the front desk at Elite Fitness to change your billing information over the phone. You may also stop by the front desk and change your billing information during staffed hours.

New Facility: You must submit a request to update your billing information through the kiosks in the Elite Fitness lobby. Once approved, the new billing information will be updated.

Do you allow guest passes?

New Facility: Our current Pre-Opening Special will give any member 6 guest passes per year that can be utilized during staffed hours. This is subject to change.

*Must be 18 years of age or older to utilize Elite guest passes.

Are classes free?

New Facility: Studio classes are free for all First Founding Members.

Tribe Team Training is not included in memberships and will be available at an additional cost.

What are the differences between memberships?

1 Year Monthly Memberships: Requires a minimum commitment of 12 months at a lower monthly rate.

Flexible Memberships: No commitment necessary with a slightly higher monthly rate.

Do you offer any specials or family discounts?

Any additional member will cost $30 per month for 1 Year Monthly Memberships and $35 per month for Flexible Memberships. Dues for first and last month will be collected when an additional member is added. Pro rated dues may occur.

How do I put my membership on hold?

Current Facility: You may put your membership on hold for $10 per month for up to 6 months. To hold your membership, visit the front desk during staffed hours and your hold will be processed within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the request is processed.

New Facility: You may put your membership on hold for $10 per month for up to 6 months. Membership hold requests will be done through the kiosks in the Elite Fitness lobby and will be processed within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the request is processed.

How do I cancel my membership?

Current Facility: Flexible Membership renewal terms may be cancelled by visiting the front desk at Elite Fitness and signing a cancellation request form during staff hours. This cancellation request will be processed in 7-10 business days by Elite Fitness management. To be sure you will not be charged again, you must submit the cancellation request at least 10 days prior to your billing date. If you have a payment due within the 10 days of the cancellation request, you will be charged for the payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you when the cancellation has been processed.

Do you offer childcare?

New Facility: Yes we do. Members can purchase Kid Care by a monthly recurring payment or packages of 10, 25 and 40 visits. Each visit can last up to 3 hours.

*Guardian must remain at Elite Fitness while child is in Kid Care.

Does Elite Fitness participate in the Silver Sneakers program?

No, we do not.
