Questions

Do you offer a day pass?

Yes, we would love to let you use our facility while you are visiting. 1 Single Day Pass is $15, 5 Single Day Passes for $60 or 10 Single Day Passes for $100.

*Your multiple day passes do not need to be used on consecutive days. All passes must be used within 365 days of purchase.

Can I try the club for free?

Absolutely! We currently offer a Free 5 Day Trial to local residents looking to potentially purchase a membership at Elite Fitness.  You may visit elitesf.com to sign up or visit the club.

*Must be 15 years or older to utilize the 5 Day Trial. Anyone between 15 and 17 years old must have a parent or guardian present to to sign a waiver.  Please provide ID with proof of residency when activating your trial pass.

 

How do I change my billing information?

You must submit a request to update your billing information at the front desk. Once approved, the new billing information will be updated. OuTHr Elite Fitness app will also allow you to update billing information. This App will be available in mid to late August.

What is your guest policy?

Guests will be given a 5 day pass which can be used for 5 consecutive days from the first day they sign in.  All guests under the age of 17 must have a signed parent or guardian waiver on file in order to work out as a guest. Waivers must be signed in person and witnessed by an employee. Guests are allowed one (1) 5 day pass per calendar year.  Out of town or returning guests may purchase a 1 day pass for $15.  All guests over 18 years of age are required to have a valid Arizona Driver’s license and sign in at the front desk.

Are classes free?

Yes, all Group X classes are free for all members and guests.

Tribe Team Training is not included in memberships and will be available at an additional cost.

What are the differences between memberships?

1 Year Monthly Memberships: Requires a minimum commitment of 12 months at a lower monthly rate. If you sign up for the 1 Year Monthly you cannot cancel until your 12 months is completed and paid for.

Flexible Memberships: No commitment necessary with a slightly higher monthly rate.

Do you offer any specials or family discounts?

Any additional member will cost $30 per month for 1 Year Monthly Memberships and $35 per month for Flexible Memberships. Dues for first and last month will be collected when an additional member is added. Pro rated dues may occur.

Can I put my membership on hold?

You may put your membership on hold for $10 per month for up to 6 months. Membership hold requests will be done through a form in the Elite Fitness lobby and will be processed within 7-10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the request is processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

1 Year Membership: Yearly memberships may be cancelled through a form or kiosks at the front desk after your 12 months has been completed.  This cancellation request will be processed in 7-10 business days by Elite Fitness management. To be sure you will not be charged again, you must submit the cancellation request at least 10 days prior to your billing date. If you have a payment due within the 10 days of the cancellation request, you will be charged. An email confirmation will be sent to you when the cancellation has been processed.

Flexible Membership: Monthly memberships may be cancelled through a form or kiosks at the front desk.  This cancellation request will be processed in 7-10 business days by Elite Fitness management. To be sure you will not be charged again, you must submit the cancellation request at least 10 days prior to your billing date. If you have a payment due within the 10 days of the cancellation request, you will be charged. An email confirmation will be sent to you when the cancellation has been processed.

Do you offer childcare?

Yes we do. Members can purchase Kid Care by a monthly recurring payment or packages of 10, 25 and 40 visits. Each visit can last up to 3 hours.

*Guardian must remain at Elite Fitness while child is in Kid Care.
